設備介紹

自動玻鎂板生產線,設備主要有七部分組成:自動攪拌系統,自動成型機,自動升降收板及出板系統,自動切割系統,自動打包碼垛系統,自動涂油系統,模板清洗系統，自動控制等.Equipmentintroduction:Automaticmagnesium oxide board production line mainly include 7 parts: automaticmixing system,automatic forming machine, automatic lifting unloading system,automaticcutting system, automatic packaging and stacking system, automatic oilspreadingsystem, template cleaning system, automatic control center, etc

1、自動攪拌系統：主機采用臥式單軸強制式攪拌機為主體，搭載粉料倉，輸送螺旋，自動電子粉料計量系統，自動水計量系統等組成。1、 Automatic mixingsystem:The main machine adopts horizontalsingle axis mixer with filler silo, conveying screw, automatic electronicpowder material measurement system,automatic water measuring system, etc.

2、自動成型機：生產輸送采用托輥搭載皮帶和動力托輥相結合的方式，托輥間距設計合理，平整度好。料漿與基板采用輥壓式結合，壓輥可隨意調節高度，壓輥表面經過特殊技術處理，輥體表面平整度好，保證板材成型平整光潔度好。

2Automatic forming machine:Production conveyor method is thatroller with belt and combine with driving roller.Roller spacing design isreasonable and good flatness. Slurry and substrate adoptroller pressure method combinetogether, pressure roller height can be adjusted.Pressure roller surface throughspecial technology processing, the surface has goodflatness, it can guarantee board formingsmoothly.

3、自動升降收板及出板系統：搭載自動液壓式升降平臺和產品托架,根據生產線的運行速度自主完成生產線收板和出板工作。3、 Automatic lifting unloading system:Equiped with automatic hydraulic liftplatform and product bracket, according to the production line running speed toautomatic unloading board.

4、自動切割系統：已經養護完成的板材通過自動出板系統運送到自動切割系統進行多方位四面切割。自動切割系統采用封閉式除塵裝置，保證達到環境清潔。

4、Automatic cutting system:The dried board through automatic unloadingsystem convey to automatic cutting system for all-round cutting. It adopts encloseddust removal device to ensure clean and pollution-free environment.

5、自動打包碼垛系統：經過切割后的板材輸送到自動打包系統上，進行自動碼垛和自動打包。5、 Automatic packaging and stackingsystem:The board after cutting then convey tothis system for automatic packaging and stacking 

6、自動涂油系統:生產運行中把脫模劑均勻鋪滿生產模板上，以保證產品養護完成后的順利脫模。

6、Automatic oilspreading system:During machinerunning to spread the release agent on the template evenly then itcan ensure theboard can release smoothly.

7、模板清洗系統：使用完成后模板進行清洗后再進入下一個生產循環中。

7、 Template cleaning system:After finished, the template aftercleaning then go in to next production cycle. 

8、自動控制:整機配置先進的PLC控制系統和三維動態運行圖，自動化程度高，操作簡單。
